App Data
The app does not transmit any data on its own. Settings and configuration information are stored locally on your device. The app does not include tracking or analytics.
Apple Health
If you enable the connection to Apple Health, the app saves your meditations as mindful minutes in Apple Health. The app does not read any health data, and we do not receive any of this data.
Diagnostic Data
To help track down errors, the app records the course of your last ten meditations. The log contains the start time and duration of each session, the name of the profile used, the gong and sound settings, the type of audio output, as well as the app version, device model, operating system version, language and region. It is stored only locally on your device, is excluded from backups and is never transmitted automatically. We receive the log as an attachment only if you tap Settings › Info › “Send diagnostics to the developer” and send the prepared email yourself. We use it solely to analyze errors and delete it as soon as your request has been resolved.
Support Email Address
When you contact us via the support email address provided in the app, we collect and process your personal data (e.g., name and email address), as well as some device data (device model, operating system version, language and country) to respond to your inquiry. We store this data only as long as it is necessary to process your request.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address provided above.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
